Abstract
Objective of the Workshop
Workshop by CompCancer and CUBI
The objective of this informal in-person meeting is to get insight into the computational analysis of multimodal immune profiling single-cell transcriptomic datasets, to network between the interested scientists in Berlin and to foster collaboration. We aim to provide an overview of the biological and clinical research questions that can be answered with the bioinformatic analysis of such datasets.
