Mike Snyder's laboratory develops and uses a variety of approaches to analyze genomes, otheromes, and regulatory networks. They apply these approaches to gain an understanding of fundamental biology and individual variations and to improve human health. They perform deepomics profiling/big data collection on individuals over time to understand what keeps them healthy and what happens when they become ill or experience other sorts of changes (indiet,etc).
