"The Development of the BIH Charité (Junior) Clinician Scientist Program"

The scientific program evaluation based on qualitative and quantitative analyses. This systematic study is necessary to determine the quality dimensions of the BIH Charité (Junior) Clinician Scientist Program. Furthermore the characterization of the effects of the BIH Charité (Junior) Clinician Scientist Program is an essential topic. The findings were elaborate by analyses of the individual and institutional dimensions. The individual dimension focus on the BIH Charité (Junior) Clinician Scientist Program fellows and alumni. The focuses of the institutional dimension are the organizational measures of the implementation of the BIH Charité (Junior) Clinician Scientist Program as well as the impacts to the intra-organizational (Charité) policies, for example the influence on the quality of the qualification and the scientific culture of the clinics. The target is the optimization of the clinician scientist programs for the young academics (inclusive recommendations for the extension, modification and adoption). The anonymized results of the program evaluation will be open access published.
