Supercomputing for Health Data (SuperCoHD)

Supercomputing for Health Data” (SuperCoHD) aims to create the national, high-performance computing infrastructure for health research within an integrated and inter-connected data space. It will offer innovative and efficient approaches, including the potential implementation of two hybrid solutions for data storage and high-performance computing:
- Data storage could be both federated and centralized.
- High-performance computing power could be provided through both a dedicated data centre and a cloud-based solution.
SuperCoHD addresses challenges in data use and supports the development, implementation and exploitation of data-driven solutions and AI models in health research. SuperCoHD contributes to the identification of risk factors, enables individualized risk prediction, and accelerates the discovery of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic solutions.
