Prevention and Awareness Campaign
Art and Awareness - Poster for a Working Culture with Diveristy, Equity and Inclusion
BIH is committed to creating a working environment characterised by respect, tolerance and appreciation. As part of our prevention and awareness campaign, art students and artists have designed posters through an open competition to visually represent the BIH's stance.
The main aim of the campaign is to raise awareness of discrimination among all employees and to create an inclusive and accepting working environment where everyone feels comfortable and included.
The four posters that received the most votes from BIH employees will be displayed throughout BIH premises. As well as being works of art, they serve as a daily reminder of the importance of a non-discriminatory working environment. They symbolise our shared values for a diverse, inclusive and fair workplace for all.
