(J)(D)(Ad)CSP Awarding Ceremony 2023

Last year, around 60 fellows successfully completed the (Junior) (Digital) Clinician Scientist Programs. The BIA took this pleasing circumstance as an opportunity to present its program graduates with a certificate of completion on October 5, 2023. In addition, two fellows from the Advanced Clinician Scientist Pilot Program have already been bid farewell, as they were fortunately appointed to professorships. A special highlight was that the event could be held in the "Rahel Hirsch Center for Translational Medicine" - a perfect place for the farewell of our Clinician Scientists from the different funding lines! Among the speakers were Prof. Dr. Christopher Baum, Chairman of the BIH Board of Directors and Chairman of the Charité Translational Research Unit and Prof. Dr. Joachim Spranger, Dean of the Charité- Universitätsmedizin Berlin as well as PD Dr. Peter Bobbert, President of the Berlin Medical Association.  We were pleased to toast our alumni together with the board members of BIH, Charité and the Medical Association Berlin as well as the clinic directors and mentors - an all-around successful evening for the entire Clinician Scientist community!
