Mission and Vision

The mission of the BCRT is to understand the fundamental principles of regeneration in disease in order to develop, implement, and continuously improve new therapies to cure patients.

Our approach begins in the clinic, where a strong team of experienced professionals builds on established partnerships in clinical and basic research to translate innovative therapies into clinical practice. We focus on identifying common mechanisms of the body’s own regenerative processes that are relevant to different diseases and medical indications. This enables us to develop new therapeutic approaches that could potentially be used to treat a wide range of diseases.

Expertise in targeted translation is a central component of our approach. We follow the principle of precisely tailored translation to minimize risks in clinical development and achieve successful outcomes. Our expertise in conducting clinical trials is essential to making innovative therapies available to patients.
