Charité Vivantes

As part of the IT cooperation, Charité and Vivantes intend to introduce an IT platform to store structured, granular patient data in accordance with HL7-FHIR, standardize it semantically, manage legal requirements, and exchange this data between Charité and Vivantes, as well as with external partners and patients themselves in the future, in compliance with data protection regulations.
Our group is responsible for the semantics subproject within the project. This involves identifying the data-generating systems, making specifications for an initial data exchange scenario, and determining suitable FHIR data structures for the use case.
