Talking Biography: Eleftheria Zeggini

Early- and intermediate-career scientists are offered the opportunity to network with a distinguished researcher or a person active in the field of technology transfer. During this open, informal seminar, we will discuss topics such as career planning, reconciliation of work and family life, but also moments of success and challenges of the career path with our guest.
Eleftheria Zeggini
A networking event for female, trans*, inter* and non-binary scientists.
Eleftheria Zeggini is the founding Director of the Institute of Translational Genomics at Helmholtz Munich and holds the TUM Liesel Beckmann Distinguished Professorship at the Technical University Munich School of Medicine and Health. Her research leverages big biomedical data to translate insights from genomics into mechanisms of disease development and progression, shortening the path to translation and empowering precision medicine.
