Working with human pluripotent stem cells (hPSC), including generation, differentiation as well as establishment of disease models requires a profound knowledge and hands-on expertise.
The processes involved in these aspects of hPSC handling in tissue culture are labor intensive and distinct from that of other mammalian cell cultures. The BIH and MDC Stem Cell Core facilities are jointly offering training on these methodologies.
The lectures will cover all areas of hPSC technology including techniques and practical advice for maintenance, characterization & QC, differentiation and genetic manipulation.
