NETWORKING WOMEN IN IT
Excursion
Female students from the Women's Studies program in Computer Science and Business at htw Berlin visited the Berlin Institute of Health at Charité (BIH). The excursion helped the students discover inspiring career paths and gain a realistic understanding of modern IT work environments. In addition to presentations of research projects, the focus was particularly on networking, motivation, and guidance for their own professional development.
NETWORKING FOR TRAINEES
WORKSHOP
Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine (MDC), and the Berlin Institute of Health (BIH) are closely linked in their research. In keeping with this collaborative spirit, trainees from the three institutions came together. In joint workshops, they strengthened their soft skills and practiced topics such as "Giving and Receiving Feedback," "Successful Teamwork," and "Effective Communication."
