Agile Collaboration in Science & Medicine
How can you navigate challenging projects with confidence, flexibility, and a strong sense of ownership? Agile collaboration offers a hands-on approach to doing exactly that.
Workshop
By combining self-management and leadership, open communication, and iterative methods like Scrum, you will learn how to adapt to change, stay focused, and make meaningful progress step by step.
You will build confidence in making independent decisions and explore practical tools such as the Case Clinic – a structured peer format that helps you unpack and address complex challenges in the presence of your peers. At an early stage in your career, these skills are especially powerful. Agile ways of working support you in dealing with uncertainty, collaborating effectively, and developing capabilities that are highly valued across academia, medicine, and industry.
