Groups from MDC will share their experience using CRISPR-Cas9 system for different applications and model systems. They will introduce the employed strategies, faced challenges, and tips that "made the difference". If you are thinking of applying CRISPR-Cas9 technology in your experiments/projects, or if you are already doing so but experiencing issues, please feel free to join the seminar and informal discussion.
