Abstract
Clinical research has been driven greatly by the development of novel NGS experiment and bioinformatics tools in recent years. In this workshop, we would like to present some of such cutting-edge technologies, including long-read DNA and RNA sequencing, high-sensitivity WGBS, HiC, single cell sequencing and advanced WGS / WES / epigenetics data analyses pipelines. These technical tools bring insights into the function and interaction of genome / transciptome /epigenome as well as the molecular mechanisms behind health and diseases.
