Program and call for proposals
The goal of the current call for proposals (launched in August 2026) at Enterprise Singapore is to further expand the partnership through transnational project work. New technologies and medical innovations from companies in Singapore are to be further developed in collaboration with researchers at Charité and BIH, in order to make them accessible to patients in Germany and worldwide. Start-ups from Singapore could express their interest until September 2nd 2026. After a successful match with a clinical partner or researcher at Charité/BIH, teams may jointly develop a project concept. Full project proposals must be submitted by January 15th 2027. Funding decisions will be made by Enterprise Singapore starting in March 2027, with contract signing and project start scheduled from May 2027.
Charité and BIH are available as cooperation partners for start-ups from Singapore and offer the highest quality for piloting, validation, adaptation, and joint development of new medical technologies and services.
1 – Eligibility
The program is open to researchers at Charité/BIH who are interested in collaborating with a start-up from Singapore. These are explicitly collaborations with companies, not between research groups.
The start-ups eligible for collaboration can be found on this website.
For questions, please contact Dr. Hana Hastor (Project Coordination, Charité BIH ARC Innovation Center (CBAIC)).
