The meeting addresses PhD students and Postdocs who are working on or are interested in computational methods for life sciences.
For the meeting the planned schedule is as follows:
(1) Loose introduction round
(2) Scientific PhD Pitfalls
(3) Graphics Track: ggplot2 introduction
(4) Break-out sessions: Small discussion groups on topics of interest.
This time there will be a TASK for all participants that are at the end of their Phd or finished it: Please hand in one slide of scientific pitfall(s). Shorty describe the problem and how you resolve it, get around it, or if it is still unsolved.
Deadline is the 20th of April, please send the input to: max.schubach@charite.deIf anyone likes to discuss her/his scientific problem please prepare some slides and let us know.
