I have been working in the field of metabolomics for over 15 years specializing in clinical translation. I am active in MQACC (central committee) and the Metabolomics Society working groups. I am interested clinically in the gut/heart/brain axis and in improving data quality through quality management.

Raphaela Fritsche

I am an experienced experimental and theoretical staff scientist in the field of metabolomics, proteomics and cell molecular biology. I am highly focused on quality of metabolomics data and metabolomics data integration. I have an extensive record in the field of systems biology and translational medicine.

Ulrike Brüning

I am a biochemist by training and have a background in hypoxic signaling and lipid metabolism in angiogenesis with a high interest in metabolic imaging.

Sarah Trajkovski

I am a Biomedical Scientist with a vast background in medical and research analytical labs and techniques, with particular interest in method development. I am working with both targeted and untargeted metabolomic workflows, with a current focus on metabolomic imaging.

Alina Eisenberger

I'm a technician and have been here since the very beginning. I have experience in handling, maintaining and troubleshooting chromatography devices and mass spectrometers.

Ozan Haliscelik

I am a chromatography and mass spectrometry professional with deep expertise in developing and optimizing analytical methods. I have extensive experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and validating a wide range of state-of-the-art instruments, including LCMS, GCMS, HPLC, and more.

Daniel Mutithu

Medical biotechnology researcher specializing in clinical biomarker research across disease models using LC-MS and imaging mass spectrometry. Currently developing a lipidomics workflow combining multimodal mass spectrometry imaging and liquid chromatography techniques to analyze clinical tissue microenvironments.

Myong-Su Lenz

I'm a technician with experience in handling, maintaining and troubleshooting chromatography devices and mass spectrometers.

Janine Wiebach

I studied medicine biotechnology, before starting the PhD in the Institute of biometry and clinical epidemiology. I joined the metabolomic group in 2022 as bioinformatician and been highly interested in automatization of quality based preprocessing of mass spectrometry data.
