As a “satellite event” to this year's Clinician Scientist Symposium, this year's certificate ceremony took place in the “Villa Elisabeth” on the evening of June 20, 2024. Since the last certificate award ceremony in fall 2023, around 50 program participants had completed their BIH Charité (Junior) (Digital) Clinician Scientist funding and the 300th alumnus (of all funding lines; including Junior Programs) was bid farewell at the certificate award ceremony. We are delighted that PD Dr. Peter Bobbert, President of the Berlin Medical Association, was invited to speak at the ceremony. Prof. Dr. med. Prof. h.c. Dipl-Psych. Isabella Heuser-Collier, former Director of the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, gave a keynote speech about her clinical-scientific career and her experiences as a clinician scientist. We were delighted to toast their successful graduation with the new alumni and wish them all the best for their future careers!
