SPOKES Think Tank
Within the framework of the programme SPOKES Wellcome Trust Funded Think Tank (SWTFTT), a group of 12 early career researchers (ECRs) from the BIH research community was funded.
They worked together over a period of two years to develop, conduct and complete a project that aims to improve the quality of translational research in Berlin. Selection was based on applicants' previous engagement with improving research, project ideas, commitment to the Think Tank and possible role in the group.

Podcast: Doing Science Differently
A podcast has been produced as part of the SWTF Think Tank programme.
The podcast takes a closer look at (negative) aspects of research culture and practice in order to improve translational research in Berlin and beyond. The experts interviewed give insights into their work and provide both tips and resources on how to change ways of working in the lab, clinic and institutes.
