From 04 May 2022 to 29 June 2022 BIA has successfully carried out the Charité Flagshipprogram for the Berlin Leadership Academy within the framework of BUA (Berlin University Alliance) for the second time. The BIA has designed and implemented the leadership program entitled "Effective and efficient decision making – lead confidently in challenging situations". Twelve professors from the BUA partners explored various aspects of decision-making like sole to shared decision-making, decision-making while personnel selection and manager as coach.
