I have been working in the field of metabolomics for over 15 years specializing in clinical translation. I am active in MQACC (central committee) and the Metabolomics Society working groups. I am interested clinically in the gut/heart/brain axis and in improving data quality through quality management.
Raphaela Fritsche
I am an experienced experimental and theoretical staff scientist in the field of metabolomics, proteomics and cell molecular biology. I am highly focused on quality of metabolomics data and metabolomics data integration. I have an extensive record in the field of systems biology and translational medicine.
Ulrike Brüning
I am a biochemist by training and have a background in hypoxic signaling and lipid metabolism in angiogenesis with a high interest in metabolic imaging.
Sarah Samut Tagliaferro
I am a Medical Laboratory Scientist with a vast background in medical and research analytical lab techniques, with particular interest in troubleshooting and method development.
Alina Eisenberger
Maternity leave.
Janine Wiebach
I studied medicine biotechnology, before starting the PhD in the Institute of biometry and clinical epidemiology. I joined the metabolomic group in 2022 as bioinformatician and been highly interested in automatization of quality based preprocessing of mass spectrometry data.
Nikolaos Georgios Bliziotis
Analytical Pharmacist with experience in NMR spectroscopy and Mass Spectrometry of complex mixtures, multivariate data analysis for metabolomics (urine, serum and extracts of cells/tissues) and structure elucidation of unknown molecules.
Daniela Bastos Diaz
PhD student working on the study of bone regeneration process during metabolic impaired conditions
Friederike Gutmann
I have studied Molecular Biotechnology and Environmental Bioprocess Design before starting a PhD in metagenomic sequencing and metabolomic data integration.
