SPOKES - Grassroots Traction for Value-Based Research Culture

In the context of the Charité/BIH Wellcome Trust Translational Partnership, the SPOKES programme aims to promote active grassroots involvement of early- and mid-career researchers in projects that improve the culture or practice of science in their own research environment and beyond. The SPOKES team places special emphasis on projects that increase the quality, trustworthiness and reproducibility of translational research.

Via these different formats, SPOKES will be able to gain a better understanding not only of the diversity of the research landscape at the Charité/BIH, but also of the concrete steps which the QUEST Center can undertake to remove future barriers to high-quality research.

Three programmes are distinguished within the SPOKES project:

• SPOKES Project Incubator
• SPOKES Wellcome Trust Funded Think Tank (SWTFTT) (project completed)
